BigDecks is built by Loma Company, LLC.
We specialize in outdoor design and construction rooted in material honesty structural clarity and long term use.
Our signature is the use of substantial 4×12 Douglas Fir and Western Red Cedar beams that define what we call a BigDeck. These heavy timber structures create a sense of scale, strength, and presence underfoot. We also work with thermally modified woods and other specialty materials selected for durability, performance, and feel.
Beyond decks, we design and build complete outdoor environments. This includes landscaping, outdoor bathing spaces, and integrated elements such as quarry-sourced Texas limestone, custom planting, and site-specific details.
Our work supports daily rituals like outdoor bathing, slow mornings, and evenings outside. We build spaces meant to be used year round in real weather not just admired.
